Okay, am now on my ninth reboot of this stupid little box. I’ve been at this since about 6:30pm. The ninth time I’ve have had to enter my wifi password. @Xfinity, is this thing ever going to actually work? Can you at least pay whatever ******* ransom it wants so releases my TV?

@comcastcares so.. what gives? Since switching to you on April 9th, the network has absolutely cut out 2x. It is upsetting to suddenly drop out of a work meeting. Is everyone in Seattle having this problem of having to restart the modem or is me?

Yo @Xfinity was trying to schedule an appointment for a tech to come out here because my TV and internet service have been dropping often over the last few weeks, but the agent on the Xfinity Assistant app completely ghosted me..

I know we all hate @comcast but @hulu is no better. We pay $80 a month for live tv but we have SO many ad’s. It’s so bad. DO NOT do Hulu live. It’s terrible!!!!

Apparently the Zags won - I’d have liked to see it but alas for the 8th time in 4 weeks @Xfinity hasn’t given me the service I pay them $200 a month for. Got a demo of a Fire stick last weekend- might just need to cancel my service & go with that...

So @comcast messed up transferring my service address back in March. 3 days of calling and 12 people later... My internet was shut off this morning and had to call again.... And apparently ya'all thought it was okay to reduce my upload speed by 2/3 and add dl speed. ****
