Hannah supported her man at his final game as the Yankees’ shortstop. The athlete beat rival Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park in late September before retiring.

Us confirmed that Derek proposed after three years of dating.

The lovebirds tied the knot on a golf course at Meadowood Napa Valley Resort in St. Helena, California. “After the ceremony, they walked around holding hands and looking ecstatic,” an insider told Us following the event.

The model announced via her husband’s website, The Players’ Tribune, that they were expecting their first child together, a baby girl. Three months later, the soon-to-be parents stepped out for Derek’s jersey retirement ceremony.

Hannah and Derek welcomed daughter Bella Raine on August 17.

The twosome announced the arrival of their second baby, daughter Story Grey, via Derek’s website.

“It’s nice because we’re now in our own home, and it makes it easy to move around, play in the yard, enjoy the outdoors, etc.,” the retired ballplayer, who moved with his crew to Florida in 2017, told in Haute Living in its April/May cover story. “My wife loves living in Miami.”

The Jeters gave fans a glimpse at their family life when Hannah brought their daughters Bella and Story to celebrate Derek’s induction into the Baseball Fall of Fame in New York.

The duo secretly welcomed their third child, baby girl River Rose, on December 2.

“The family is doing great. Three girls, almost 5, 3 and 6 months. So pray for me, man!" Derek joked during an Instagram Story Q&A, giving a rare update on his loved ones. "But we’re down here in Miami — love Miami, been here for the last almost four years — and we couldn’t be more blessed.”

“Great to be back home at Yankee Stadium! Thanks to everyone for making it such a special night for me and my family,” the retired shortstop wrote via Instagram after attending his National Baseball Hall of Fame ceremony with Hannah and their daughters. “The girls had a blast and finally got their ice cream.”

The couple secretly welcomed their fourth child, a baby boy named Kaius. "Welcome to the world lil man!!! @hannahbjeter," Derek captioned an Instagram post. He also updated his bio to read, "Sleep-deprived father of four."
