Full Time Central Supply Coordinator/Medical Records Clerk Needed for a 120-bed Newly Renovated Skilled Nursing Facility in North Kingstown, RI!Blue Cross Health Insurance as low as $5 bi-weekly for Individual Coverage!Pay: $18- $20/hr, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday; either 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm

Manage patient health information by ensuring patient records remain accurate, complete, current, confidential, and are compliant with federal and state regulations, HIPAA
Creates medical record for all new admissions
Maintains accurate order of open records, paper and electronic
Performs routine audits of medical records upon admission, throughout the stay, and discharge to monitor compliance with policies regarding documentation, physician visits, timeliness, etc.
Maintains EMR uploading of documents
Processes medical record requests
Maintains closed records in accordance with Company policies and procedure
Responds to telephone inquiries concerning medical records and may respond to correspondence, as directed by center management
High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
Must be able to handle all the physically demanding aspects of being a Central Supply Coordinator
Ability to provide great customer service to patients and employees
Performs other duties as requested
Note: Primary series of COVID-19 Vaccination Required (or new bivalent vaccine, agreement to vaccinate, or medical exemption)
