Nothing like @Ask_Spectrum making you wait 2 days for a tech to come out and when they finally come out they don’t fix the issue, tell you they will escalate and then don’t follow through and make me wait ANOTHER 2 days for a tech. @CincyBell is looking real good right about now.

@CincyBell Your technician brought a new router which seems to have alleviated the trouble for now. How can we determine when actual fiber cable will be installed in our neighborhood? An additional issue is we have Fioptics with copper wiring. My wife works at home right now.

@yashar Internet thru @CincyBell the other day. I’ve been working from home but moneys tight and I was behind and they shut it off on me in the middle of the day. Had to push out another bill to pay it then they charged me $49 to restart service 🙄
